Structuring the water quality policy problem: Using Q methodology to explore discourses in the Brantas River basin

Recognizing the interrelatedness of water use and conceptual value IWRM, progressive resource management systems are moving beyond hierarchical arrangements toward more integrated networks. Increasing calls for participation recognize broadened perspectives that provide both technical expertise as well social, cultural, administrative knowledge. Moreover, call evidence-based policy '00s has been tempered by recognition political nature data science. As such, decision-makers striving to coproduce employ shared knowledge must grapple with integrating inputs from diverse participant groups characterize problems identify effective feasible solutions.
